Choose the meeting room that suits your needs. Clarion Hotel Gillet offer guests to visit our conference center, a place for innovative ideas that can grow in a creative environment. We offer well-equipped rooms that you can choose between, based on your needs.
Meeting rooms
We have 23 rooms and of course we will furnish them after your needs, from the small meeting room to the large conference room. The largest room can offer a square for up to 150 guests and the smallest meeting room for 2 people. Our meeting rooms vary in area, ranging from 20 square meters up to 160 square meters.
Equipment that is including in the locals
It includes a PC projector (not in group rooms), overhead projector, flipchart, whiteboard, phone, note pads, pencils and icewater, in all of the meeting rooms. Even wireless and wired internet access is included and is available in all of the large meeting rooms.
If you need a computer, please contact the conference service, so we can hire it for you.
Charging
Costs that occurs in connection with the copying / printing paper / overhead and by telephone and fax bills.

Our group rooms can accommodate up to 8 people in 20-27 square meters and provides overhead projector, flipchart, whiteboard, phone, note pad, pencils and icewater. Wireless internet access is included and is available in all of the group rooms. Please note that the projector is not included in the group rooms, there are mobile projectors for rent.
