Kitchen & Table Uppsala  by Marcus Samuelsson and Clarion Hotels is now open!

The Swedish Top Chef Marcus Samuelsson, based in New York, has decided to bring these flavours and kitchens to Scandinavia, to blend with the local specialties of the region. Because its those meetings and sharings that makes life exciting. So please take a seat and enjoy Manhattan, Uppsala and the world, served right here at your table at Kitchen & Table Uppsala.

Watch out! The world of Manhattan will soon be all over Scandinavia. Totally 19 new restaurants, where the best of Manhattan food culture blends with the best local Scandinavian ingredients. You will find Kitchen & Table, presented with a local DNA, at all Clarion location, from Tromsö, Norway to Helsingborg, Sweden. Dont miss it!

Clarion Hotel Gillet also serves an incredible popular weekend brunch every Saturday and Sunday, aswell as Afternoon Tea served Monday - Saturday. You will find a popular bar with fresh cocktails and a great wine list to just sit back and relax in our Clarion living room atmosphere.

Our Skybar, located on the 5th floor, is open every Friday between 16.00 - 24.00. Gillet Skybar - Cocktails in the sky!
